Keith Alan Dunnigan, age 81, of Dublin, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 2, 2026, at Kobacker House in Columbus. He was born on May 26, 1944, in Warren, Ohio, to the late Francis and Sylvia (Aho) Dunnigan.
Keith spent his early years in Mineral Ridge and McDonald, Ohio. He graduated from McDonald High School and received a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering and his Master's of Business Administration from The Ohio State University. He worked in technical management and marketing for Procter & Gamble, BP, and retired from Nissin Brake.
Keith loved his family, his faith, and his Irish heritage and took a particular interest in genealogy, a passion he shared with many in the family. He was a member of the Shamrock Club and the Ancient Order of Hibernians.
Keith was a Fourth Degree member of the Knights of Columbus, serving as Grand Knight of Council #10863, District Deputy, and Diocesan Membership Chair, and was a long-time usher at St. Brigid of Kildare Parish, his parish of 37 years.
Keith was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Loyce Rae (Paul) Cubellis.
He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Paula (Catalano) Dunnigan, his son Patrick (Virginie) Dunnigan, his daughter Erin Dunnigan Roe, and his five grandchildren, as well as nephews Alan (Theresa) Moore, Robert (Yvette) Moore, and Gregory (Venetia) Moore.
Family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. SUNDAY, JANUARY 18, 2026, at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, DUBLIN-PLAIN CITY CHAPEL, 9720 SR 161, Plain City, OH 43064 (614)-733-0080.
The family will also receive friends from 10:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m. MONDAY, JANUARY 19, 2026 at ST. BRIGID OF KILDARE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 7179 Avery Road, Dublin, OH 43017, where his Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. with The Reverend Monsignor Joseph M. Hendricks and The Reverend Mark Summers, con-Celebrants. Entombment will be held at Resurrection Cemetery, Lewis Center, Ohio.
