Brenda Long

Brenda Long, age 69, of Plain City, passed away September 24, 2025 after a brief battle with lung cancer. Graduate of Jonathan Alder High School Class of 1974. She retired from Honda Motor Company of America. Brenda married John in 1975 and enjoyed raising her children and loved spending time with her grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents Jack and Wilma Patterson, In-laws Frank and Alice Long, brother-in-law David Lanum, many brothers and sisters-in-law. Survived by loving husband John of 50 years, children John Kevin (Amber) Long and Kelly (Erik) Flowers, sisters Cindy Lanum and Mary Ann (Scott) Roeder, grandchildren Jevin (Maritza) Long and Jaydin Long, special friend Brenda Eby. Family will receive friends from 3pm-5pm on Sunday, September 28, 2025 at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME- PLAIN CITY Chapel, 9720 SR 161, Plain City, OH 43064, where funeral service will be held on Monday, September 29, 2025 at 11am. Interment Forest Grove Cemetery, Plain City, OH.
