Audrey H. Berry

February 21, 1931 — August 4, 2023

Dublin, Ohio

Audrey Helen Berry, born on February 21, 1931, passed away from this world into the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ on Friday, August 4, 2023. Audrey was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Charles and Gladys Fries. She graduated from Mercy High School in 1948 and went on to study at the University of Cincinnati. It was there that she met her loving husband of 71 years Arthur Thomas Berry. Audrey always told the story of Tom walking into the UC Grill and she telling her friend that he was the kind of guy she would like to marry. Tom and Audrey married in 1952 and resided in Cincinnati while raising a family until 1970 when they moved to Columbus, Ohio.

Audrey was a living example of selflessness; always giving of herself to a sick friend or serving her family. She was fun and funny….. laughter was her specialty! Audrey truly made you smile. She loved her family, her Catholic faith, singing, holding all of the grand babies, a good dinner, flowers, baking, and of course Graeter’s ice cream. Audrey will be missed for the unconditional love she so graciously gave to all of us and the special times we all shared with her. We love you and we will live on in your memory carrying your legacy until we meet again.

Audrey was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Gladys Fries and her siblings and their spouses, Stan and Mary Burger, Bob and Jeanne Rueve, and Charles and Ava Fries.

Audrey is survived by her beloved husband Arthur Thomas Berry; sons and daughters -in -law Steve and Debbie Berry of Cincinnati Ohio, Scott and Chris Berry of Mason Ohio, Dan and Barb Berry of Dublin Ohio, Dan and Missy Lorenz of Dublin Ohio, eleven grandchildren, Maria Carico, Julie Bunke, Brooke Jansen, Lee Delaveris, Thomas Berry, Emily Williams, Nicole Kunk, Jon Lorenz, Andrew Lorenz, Brian Berry, and Taryn Eaves; and fourteen great grandchildren , Nolan Bunke, Austin Anthony, Claire and Ava Carico, Steven and Dean Delaveris, Charlotte Williams, Ryan(Diggy), Teague, and Remi Kunk, Everett and Miller Lorenz, Margo Lorenz, and Audrey Eaves.
